Following the successfull experiences of 2018 and 2019 and because obtaining the prestigious "2020 World Exhibition Stand Award for Best Use of Technology", for the third consecutive year the american company Accuray decided to entrust us with the creation of its devices and digital and technological installations.
This year, owing to the cancellation of the 2020 Astro meeting due to the Covid-19 health crisis, we had to reinvent and adapt ourselves by creating a virtual product launch.
With this aim in mind, we made a 360° virtual reality experience project consistent with the company's new graphic identity in order to present its new medical imagery system ClearRT Helical. Intended to be addressed to Accuray's worldwide customers, our immersive experience was broadcasted on the Youtube channel of the company.
At the heart of our immersive journey, both futuristic and nature-centred in all in states environments highlighting the product's main advantages. We also coordinated the Green Key shooting and integrated the Chief Commercial Officer & Senior VP of Research and Development.
Our parallel mission included the creation of three adverstising sposts/teasers and two complementary videos based on the futuristic graphic universe created for the VR experience. The latter were broadcasted on three days in order to echo was should have been the first three days of the Astro 2020 meeting.
